Refunds & CanCellation Policy
Client agrees to the following:

Refunds for Online Programs:
You may withdraw from an online program at any time. However, once you have logged in or accessed course materials, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Lifetime access is granted to purchased programs. Registrants may be removed if course policies are abused.

Refunds for Coaching:
All payments (whether in full or via payment plan) are final and non-refundable. At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to join the Zoom call on time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late, the Coach will assume the session is canceled, and the session will be forfeited. In rare and genuine unforeseen circumstances, the Coach may, at her sole discretion, allow the Client to pause/discontinue a payment plan or extend a package. However, any unused sessions already paid for will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellations & Reschedules
All sessions must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to be eligible to rebook. Sessions not rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours will be forfeited. In rare and genuine unforeseen circumstances, the Coach may, at her sole discretion, offer flexibility on a case-by-case basis.

Monthly Packages
Packages are not eligible for refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, a package may be extended or payments may be discontinued, at the Coach’s sole discretion.
