Cancellation Policy
At your scheduled appointment time, you agree to join the Zoom call and begin your session. Both you and your coach commit to starting and finishing each session on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed sessions without proper notice are forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. Please remember: all sales are final.
